For suppliers & teaming partners
Partner with GovStone
GovStone builds delivery capacity with qualified partners. If your company holds the licenses, authority and experience a government requirement calls for, we’d like to know you.
Who we work with
Partners across all five service areas
Property & lodging partners
Hotels, extended-stay operators, property owners and managers who can house government personnel.
Facilities subcontractors
Custodial, grounds, turnover and licensed trade contractors.
Carriers & logistics providers
Carriers, brokers, movers and warehouse operators holding the authority their services require.
Manufacturers & distributors
Suppliers of commercial, furnishing and mission products.
Emergency response partners
Shelter operators, base-camp providers and recovery contractors holding the licenses their work requires.
Primes & teaming partners
Prime contractors and peers looking for a responsive team member across our service areas.
What we look for
Qualified, verifiable, ready to perform
Government contracts hold the prime accountable for every subcontractor. We qualify partners before we name them in a proposal, and we never present a partner’s capability as our own.
- Active business registration and, where applicable, SAM.gov registration
- Current licenses, authority and certifications for the work you perform
- Insurance appropriate to your services, with certificates on request
- Willingness to meet each contract’s background-check, security and reporting requirements
- A clear statement of where you can perform and at what capacity
Process
How partnering works
- 01
Introduce your company
Tell us what you do, where, and the qualifications you hold.
- 02
Qualification review
We review licenses, insurance and registration against the service areas you support.
- 03
Opportunity matching
When a requirement fits, we discuss scope, pricing and roles before any proposal names you.
